For the last time

I've had more than 5 guys commenting that I should gain weight. Another 5 girls asking me how do I make myself so skinny and commanding me to eat more. Counter started clicking only since 2010. To clarify, I don't make myself skinny. I am skinny by nature. Blame the genes, the metabolism, the irregular work schedule, but don't have the false impression I'm on a 365 days diet.

The actor in the TV show said that no girls would ever complain about being skinny. I wanted to ring up mediacorp and tell them about my sorry plight.

A glimpse of my foodie/foodless life:
Breakfast: non-existent on days with 830am lessons. Comes to life with pao, cereal with milk on other days. Even better days with the car, head straight to Macs.

Lunch: Rice with at least 2 dishes. Sometimes instant noodles when I've had enough of the maid's incorrigible cooking. Days with the car, Macs again. Haha :)
Or subway in ntu. Meals outside with friends go from a range of chicken chop to ramen to nasi padang to more noodles.Favourite set lunches are still from Waraku *SLURPS*

Dinner: ALOT OF RICE with vege, meat and soup. Fruits after meals. Snacks immediately after fruits (during the Christmas season it was chocolates and biscuits, now with the CNY mood it's keuh baulu, egg rolls and more chocolate). Meals outdoors range from more chicken chops, steaks, udon, pizzas, chicken rice, sushi, fast food etc.

In between: my favourite times of the day :) As snacks at home are limited, I've decided to do a weekly restock of potato chips, sweets and chocolates. Outdoors fav include ICE CREAM, MORE ICE CREAM, fried mars bar, bubble tea, shi lin, beard papa, tako pachi, Macs french fries, cheese fries, mochi, famous amos etc. Total waste of precious money, but they make me a very happy girl.

So tell me, do I even look like I'm on a diet to you?! Tag at the board if you have some fabulous suggestions on how to make me grow sideways. And I mean constructive ones, okay :)

Exercise seems to be a feasible way, but I've only heard of people exercising to lose weight, not the other way round. Before I can gain some, I've to shed some first.

And so, the way to Jessie's heart is ICE CREAM. Since when have I become an ice cream fan. Marvelous Cream, Hokkaido, Haagen Dazs, Ben & Jerry's, Macs, brandless stuff like roadside wafer ice cream, mud pies, brownie ice cream etc. Oh I like this particular flavour of cake from Canele too, but they seem to only have the birthday cake version of it.

Friends, can we organise an outing soon where the agenda is only food? :)

On a random note, I've been overly exposed to couples (and break ups) recently hence the sudden surge of philosophical thoughts. I seriously don't think I'm ready for marriage. Like who is at my age? Or rather, I should rephrase my comment to read - when will I ever even be ready for marriage? Some future person that I'd have to share 99% of my life with and half of my assets, tolerate and accommodate to almost everything and anything. That person better be worth all my time and effort. At the current stage of my life, I'm not inclined to make anyone worth that much.

Some of you feel like slapping my face right, why am I even thinking of these when I'm single *chuckles*

i left my footprints (:
